1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phtyaa Entertainment ("phtyaa", "We", "Us", "Our", "Company"), operator of the phtyaa.cam website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform", "Service"). Prior to processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity through submission of clear, legible copies of government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine National ID) and proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months). 3.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

The phtyaa name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of phtyaa Entertainment. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: (a) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Platform Content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform; (c) use any automated system including robots or spiders to access the Platform; (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from Platform Content; or (e) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

In the event of account closure by phtyaa for violation of Terms, all balances including deposits and winnings may be forfeited and retained by phtyaa as liquidated damages. You will be notified of account closure via email to your registered address with reasons for the action where legally permissible. Decisions regarding account closure are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of clear administrative error. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately, and you must cease all use of phtyaa services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which phtyaa Entertainment is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phtyaa. Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, phtyaa retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtyaa regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. phtyaa may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms. The Terms are available in English, and in the event of any conflict between English and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
